The long-waited New Egyptian Investment Law No. 72 of the year 2017 was finally passed by the Parliament and issued by the President, this law is expected to attract the investors for the incentives, guarantees, facilitations and advantages provided for in it. والفائدة الأخرى تتمثل فى تعبئة رأس المال الخاص حين يُظهر الطلب المقدر على الاستثمار في الخدمات العامة أن موارد الحكومة وحتى الجهات المانحة أقل بكثير من التمويل المطلوب، ولهذا السب يمكن الوصول إلى رأس المال الخاص عن طريق مشاركة القطاع الخاص لتسريع وإنجاز البنية التحتية للدول، كما تتجه الحكومات أيضًا إلى إقامة شراكات مع القطاع الخاص كوسيلة لتحسين شراء الخدمات العامة ولتنفيذ ذلك تتطلب عملية الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص عادةً معلومات حول التكلفة الحقيقية طويلة الأجل لتقديم الخدمات العامة بصورة أفضل، مما يولد نقاشا أكثر واقعية حول اختيار المشروع، وكذا تحديد المخاطر طويلة الأجل للمشروع والمهارة اللازمة لتوزيع تلك المخاطر بين القطاعين العام والخاص.
